2. Permitted use

You are responsible for ensuring that browsing and collection comply with applicable laws, website terms, access conditions, copyright, privacy rights, and contractual obligations. Collect only information you are authorized to access and use.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Bypassing CAPTCHA, authentication, rate limits, robots restrictions, or other access controls
• Unauthorized access, excessive requests, interference, or attempts to evade safeguards
• Collecting or using personal, confidential, copyrighted, or regulated information without authority
• Using the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

4. Website accounts

Sign-in occurs on the website inside WebKit. You are responsible for your website account, credentials, permissions, and activity.

5. Availability and results

Websites can change without notice. The Developer does not guarantee that every field, image, link, page, import, or export will be detected or remain accurate. Review results before relying on them.

6. Your data and backups

You are responsible for reviewing, exporting, and backing up important lists. The Developer does not operate a cloud backup service for AutoList.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” The Developer is not liable for indirect loss, website action, account restriction, data loss, or use of collected information, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
