AutoList Support

Before contacting support

• Confirm that the list and detail URLs open in “Check Page / Sign In.”
• If automatic detail-page detection fails, use “Select a Target from the List.”
• Keep AutoList in the foreground while collecting.
• Use Excel when you need embedded images; CSV cannot contain image files.

Delete data

Delete a list by swiping it on the main screen. Delete exported files in the Files app under “On My iPhone / AutoList.” Removing the App removes its app container according to iOS behavior.
